Custom Beef Pricing:
Our custom beef is priced at $3.80 per pound of hanging weight. Processing is completed by a local USDA-inspected meat market, with processing fees paid directly to the processor. This allows you to customize your cuts while knowing exactly where your beef is handled from start to finish.
A down payment deposit is required for all custom beef orders.
